David A. Bennett
Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Cyclone Commerce
Dave is Cyclone Commerce's technology visionary, widely acclaimed
for his business technology views and accomplishments. For over 17
years, he has focused exclusively on networking applications. He has
designed and developed distributed systems for banking, retail, and
supply chain execution using wireless, IP, satellite, ASYNC, SNA,
B2B, EAI, and P2P technologies. Prior to Cyclone Commerce, Dave was
engineering and technical services executive for Gateway Data
Sciences Corporation and a Vice President of engineering and
operations for Nations Bank and American Express while living in
Japan. He holds a B.S. degree in computer science from DeVry
Institute of Technology.
Kenneth Porad
Program Manager, Permanent Bar Code ID Program
Boeing Commercial Airplanes Group
Ken is responsible for overall program management for bar coding and
marking of parts within the Commercial Airplanes Group and is also
the Boeing engineering representative to the Air Transport
Association's task force, which developed the industry standard bar
code format.
Ken joined the Boeing Company in April 1980 and has held
increasingly responsible positions within engineering and management
in both the Integrated Defense Systems and Commercial Airplanes
business units. His formal education includes BS and MS degrees.
